Ultrasonic Degating Machine uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to separate injection-molded parts from their sprues and runners: parts go into the vibrating chamber, the gates shake off automatically and slide out through the discharge chute — replacing manual degating, faster and without damaging the parts.
The enclosed, sound-insulated cabinet has an inspection window, keeping noise low and dust inside; an independent ultrasonic generator sits in the base cabinet and a cooling fan is fitted on top. The floor-standing cabinet runs on casters for easy moving. Ideal for high-volume degating in injection molding plants, and can be combined with molding machines and robots in automated lines.

3. Discharge chute for easy sprue collection
4. Floor-standing cabinet on casters
5. For degating all kinds of injection-molded parts: electronic housings, daily necessities, small automotive parts and more
