Ultrasonic mask welding machine uses high frequency vibration wave to transmit to the surface of two objects to be welded. Under pressure, the two surfaces rub against each other to form the fusion of molecular layers.
Some indentation can be seen everywhere on the mask, such as the sealing edge, ear band, exhalation valve are all ultrasonic welding. As shown in the figure above, in the production process of masks, we can intuitively understand the welding of full plastic nose beam, welding after folding, welding of breathing valve, multi-layer rolling welding and ear band welding, which are actually completed by ultrasonic welding process
