口罩上面随处可以看到一些压痕，如封边、耳带、呼气阀处都是超声焊接的。如上图所示，在口罩的生产过程中，我们能直观地了解全塑鼻梁条焊接、折边后焊接、呼吸阀焊接、多层滚焊、耳带焊接，这些其实都是通过超声焊接工艺来完成的。

Ultrasonic mask welding machine uses high frequency vibration wave to transmit to the surface of two objects to be welded. Under pressure, the two surfaces rub against each other to form the fusion of molecular layers.

 Some indentation can be seen everywhere on the mask, such as the sealing edge, ear band, exhalation valve are all ultrasonic welding. As shown in the figure above, in the production process of masks, we can intuitively understand the welding of full plastic nose beam, welding after folding, welding of breathing valve, multi-layer rolling welding and ear band welding, which are actually completed by ultrasonic welding process。
